Subcommittee Meeting of April 22, 2008 Synopsis

The Preservation and Maintenance Subcommittee reviewed two items during their meeting on April 22, 2008 as follows:
· Closeout of the Capitol Restoration project – the executive director informed the subcommittee that the final closeout should be complete by October 2008.
· Update on the State Office Building Study – the discussed the three options that are being studied which include; restore to it original condition, remodel and renovate, and to demolish and build new. The executive director invited all member to participate in the workshop that will be held during May 26, 27 and 28 which will also be the May meeting for the subcommittee.

April Meeting Date Change

There will be a combined meeting of the Preservation and Maintenance subcommittee and the Budget and Board Operations subcommittee on April 22 at 3:00 PM in Room 170 of the Utah State Capitol.
